Yes, you may revoke your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note the exclusion of the right of withdrawal in cases where hygiene seals have been removed, as well as for goods clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs—such as eyeglasses fitted with lenses manufactured according to customer specifications.
Please note: Due to the long forwarding times of the Austrian Post, returns from Austria may take up to 14 days to arrive. Only then can we issue a credit for them. Unfortunately, we have no influence over these timeframes.
Attention: Please use the withdrawal form provided by us to ensure a smooth process. Unfortunately, it frequently happens that returned items cannot be matched to an order or get lost in the mail. This significantly delays processing. A smooth returns process is made possible by using the templates we have provided.

At Goodlens.de, you receive contact lenses from leading manufacturers that comply with European guidelines. Nevertheless, in rare cases, the material of a contact lens may tear or break. To rule out manufacturing defects, we can forward the lenses to the manufacturer for inspection. To facilitate this, please be sure to retain the defective lenses. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. This may apply, for example, to contact lenses (annual lenses) or spectacle lenses manufactured specifically according to customer specifications.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery. This may apply, for example, to contact lenses that have already been worn or to opened care products.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Shipments that could not be delivered are automatically returned to us. Invoices that have already been paid will be refunded, and orders with outstanding invoices will be cancelled. Payments made via credit card or PayPal will be credited back to the corresponding account. If you are still interested in the order, please place it again.
Once we have inspected the goods you have returned, we will refund the amount for the returned items to you as soon as possible. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
